Job Description

Xclusive Jets is a private jet charter company based in Segensworth, Fareham. We pride ourselves on providing a service beyond expectation, achieved through a desire to anticipate and fulfil the evolving needs of our clients. We offer a variety of services across our fleet, flying all over the world.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Flight Attendant to manage cabin services across our expanding fleet. Attention to detail, an exceptional focus on customer care and an excellent work ethic is essential. The successful candidate must have experience implementing and developing manuals, designing menus and working to budgets.

Responsbilities:

  • Designing and implementing catering budgets across the fleet suited to a variety of flight durations

  • Regularly review catering menus to seasonal requirements and liaising with brokers

  • Implement brand standards, carrying out regular audits and reviewing customer service practices

  • Manage flight crew uniform

  • Manage aircraft stock levels and development of a stock control solution, to include aircraft stock purchases

  • Carry out regular audits of brand consistency and aircraft stock 

  • Flight Attendant team management, rota’s, staff training and day to day personnel management

  • Manage the flight attendant recruitment process to include reviewing CV’s and conducting interviews

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and brokers

  • Developing and continually reviewing the cabin safety manual 

  • Carrying out flight attendant services
