Job Description

The role of Charter Assistant is to identify and generate potential new direct client leads through a combination of research and outbound communications. A strong networker with a flair for building relationships quickly, the Charter Assistant will provide a pipeline of meetings with potential charter clients on behalf of the Business Development Manager.

A tenacious, resilient individual with a creative approach to opportunity, the Charter Assistant will have the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and an inbuilt drive to succeed in this results focussed role.

key deliverables

  • Identify current and potential charter customers (both corporate and individual) and establish communication, either directly, through personal assistants or family offices in order to schedule meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Analysis of the corporate market outlining specific target industries on which to focus.

  • Analysis of open source information to identify and contact clients who may have a current or future requirement for business aviation through a change in circumstances.

  • Sell the benefits of Xclusive Jets and Business Aviation.

  • Identify and arrange meetings with potential intermediaries such as MRO’s and Travel Agencies.

  • Provide an initial inbound point of contact for direct charter clients.

  • Provide insight to the Business Development Manager in relation to events and networking opportunities.

  • Management of the Charter CRM, ensuring clients are communicated with regularly and retained YoY.
