The position of Business Development Manager will be focussed on developing new charter clients, markets and opportunities in conjunction with the wider commercial team. The role incorporates a broad range of responsibilities, including business development, lead generation and sales, along with preparing proposals and closing contracts.
In this highly competitive market, the Business Development Manager will use their strong networking and communications skills to engender trusting relationships with potential clients. Effectively utilising a pipeline of leads in addition to creating their own, they will engage with customers in order to build and own sustainable and commercially beneficial relationships. Being a highly motivated, results-driven and tenacious individual, the Business Development Manager will use their skills to convert leads and deliver against ambitious targets.
Work with the Charter Assistant to create and identify a pro-active strategy for lead acquisition.
Develop a proposition, including print and digital materials that clearly differentiate the benefits of Xclusive Jets and Business Aviation.
Research and analysis of clients or potential clients in order to develop and deliver bespoke and creative propositions to potential clients.
Meet with and follow up with all potential charter leads.
Own the client or potential client relationship, utilizing softer skills in order to nurture the relationship to the point of conversion.
Provide tactical pricing on new business.
Ensure client retention through effective CRM.
Develop third party purchasing strategy in respect of sub-charter aircraft.
Utilise all networking opportunities in order to develop visibility of Xclusive Jets and further develop client base.
